The Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh has launched Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Scheme with a motive to provide financial aid to family members whose head of the family have died. By applying under this scheme, applicants will be able to get Rs. 30,000 provided by the Government. This scheme has been specially launched for poor people.

Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Yojana has been launched under the State Government of UP. Financial assistance of Rs. 30,000 will be provided by the Government in case the Guardian of their family has been died due to any reasons. This scheme has been specially started for providing benefits to the citizens who belong to BPL.

Objectives of UP Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Yojana

One of the foremost objectives of launching the Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Scheme is to provide support to the families from the economically weaker sections and those who fall under the BPL. The government will provide Rs. 30,000 to family members whose main financial supporter has been died.

The other foremost objective of launching Rashtriya Parivarik Labh Yojana UP is to encourage the members of the family whose main financial supporters have been died by making their active participation in this scheme. The benefit of this scheme will be provided to both families from the Rural as well as Urban areas of UP.

Important Guidelines

There are some important guidelines issued by the Government regarding form filling as per follows:-

  • The applicants have to fill all the columns in the English language while filing the Application form.
  • The applicant has to give the bank details of national bank to which his bank account has been created.
  • The bank account of the applicant must not be from the Cooperative Bank.
  • The Income Certificate of the family must be issued by the District Level Authority.
  • Applicant will solely be held responsible for the correctness of the details in the Application form. In case if there will be any incorrect details against the applicant found by the concerned authorities while carrying out verification procedure then he or she may be expelled from applying under this scheme.
  • All the important documents must be uploaded on the portal while filing application form.
  • Death certificate must be issued by the Hospital or Nagar Panchayat.
  • Photograph and Signature must be uploaded on the portal which should not exceed the size of 20 KB.
  • The format of photograph as well as signature must be in the format of JPEG.
  • The PDF Files of the all relevant documents should not exceed the size of 20 KB.

1113 Applicants Got Benefit

On 20 October 2021, about 1113 applicants from Lucknow have been able to get financial assistance of Rs. 30,000 provided by the Yogi’s Government.  State Government of Uttarpradesh has transferred an amount of Rs. 30,000 to 1113 of beneficiaries’ bank accounts.  Around 1474 applicants had registered their applications out of which only 206 was considered ineligible through the verification process by the concerned officials.

Special Campaign

The government of UP has also started a special campaign for the duration of 1 month. By starting this special campaign, Yogi’s Government will complete all the works regarding this scheme so that benefit of this scheme will soon get available to the poor citizens of the state so that they will not have to depend on others for their expenses.

  • The applicant must be a permanent citizen of Uttar Pradesh.
  • The government will provide the benefit of this scheme to those applicants whose main head of the family has been died.
  • The age of the died family member must be in between the age of 18 to 60 year.
  • The annual income of the beneficiary’s family from the urban area must be less than Rs. 56,000.
  • Annual income of the beneficiary’s family from the rural area must be less than Rs. 46,000.
  • The applicant must fall under the Below Poverty Line (BPL).
